I am a Fed Ex believer as well. I always request fed ex when I purchase a cue. (Dad works at fed ex ground in Pittsburgh, I get some awesome rates.) I always send my own tags to people that don't ship Fed Ex. Some are very open and others are really stubborn. just my 2 cents.
