    Shaft color

I guess people are dumber on the east coast, I've done one. Customer wanted one of my purpleheart break shafts black. Multiple coats of a product called Nite-Shades, designed to be used on taillights. I would suggest rattle can Krylon though. Alan Phelps Custom Cues

    Coring, tolerances?

Since I typically have a segmented ring set between the handle and forearm, I have been doing the epoxy/gorilla combination for quite some time. what cue wax do you recommend

I also use Renaissance wax and its great stuff. I would only advise using it on a shaft after the shaft has been cleaned, sealed and burnished. There are many other waxed that will work fine, it's more of when to use wax rather than what type to use. JMO, Alan Phelps Custom Cues

    CNC Design

If you are asking about the software, many cuemakers including myself use BobCad and Mach 3 to do the design work and run the G code. There are more options of course, but I think these two are the most popular. Good luck, Alan Phelps Custom Cues

An old man once told me that he could add windshield wipers to a Billy goat's butt. The trick was making them work right.

    Finish Question - Cyno

Although a picture might help, I'm thinking that if the rosewood was not wiped with alcohol to remove the surface oils prior to the cyno, the frosting could be an adherence problem. Just a thought, Alan
