    Right... I was thinking I might try something like this on a one-piece phenolic jump/break tip cut from rod material. Using it on leather tips seems like overkill. Maybe it would help to keep layered tips from delaminating but I haven't had that problem (as of yet).

    PEG info I ran across this paper on PEG and figured I'd share. It's an old paper (from 1972) but still has a lot of pertinent information on woodworking. http://owic.oregonstate.edu/pubs/peg.pdf Does anybody here use PEG or has it ben abandoned for newer products?
