It's my understanding that Centennial and Aramith Super Pro balls are identical--both made by Aramith--except that (at least in the eyes of some)the former are "prettier".

I have two, one with a phenolic joint and one with ivory. Both great hitting cues--not super "hard". I think Nitti's are one of the few bargains left in custom cues.

Fast Eddie's on K St. (between 15th and 16th, or thereabouts) is open during the day, but they only have 8' tables.

I got one for $180 a year or so ago, but I think he gave me a break because of delay in finishing the cue. Mine hits great.

I have a couple of his cues from several years ago and they're really nice, but he has taken his work to a whole new level lately.

Roy definitely does things his own way, but I've never found him to be anything other than totally honest. If you're going to make that kind of trip, you ought to get him to tell you what he has on hand.

I was there about a year and a half ago, and thankfully they had recovered the tables in green. I think it's closed now, tho.

I agree on the recut points issue. The white ones are probably holly.
