Will a shaft that was made for a cue with a 3/8-10 G-10 Glass pin (the 3/8-10 glass pin that is sold at Atlas billiard supplies, to be exact), also fit on a cue with a 3/8-10 steel pin? Thanks for replies, Ghost

I'd like to know (from cue owners or cuebuilders) what the most common diameter size is at the handle section of the butt...to be more specific, the lower third of the wrap/handle, where the majority of players hold their cue - let's say at 9" above the bottom of the butt cap... I'm thinking...
