    Sort of a physics question

The cue ball is NOT sliding . It is spinning in reverse. This energy is burnt up forcing the object ball to roll foward.

Teach me why you say so quickly so I don't keep offering up crap. The stick is 56.5 inches and weighs 17oz.. 4 points with 4 veneers-from the outside in they are blue, yellow, red, green. full splice --actually may be two full splices as the lighter broader part of the points is one piece...

How and why does it work like this?

The good rolls you get you don't score as luck . They're skill. The bad rolls you get don't count as bad shots . Their just bad luck.

Things I've learned here and know to be true.

A little hustle here , a little hustle there doesn't make you a bad guy. Some players you just have to go after. Believe me, there will be some coming after you.

It's a whole new generation of shooters

I...

    Cue id

Hard to tell from lousy pictures But it looks like a nice cue. I can't count the veneers but they look sharp and not cnc'd. Also the block inlays on the butt ring a bell from somewhere. You gotta give us better pictures .

It's a whole new generation of shooters

The program is great. there is going to be a multitude of technicians out there that will run rack after rack. But I hope the history , the stories, the tall tales , the old ambience of the rooms with wooden floors, the smell of cigar smoke, the sounds of players yelling , "rack," to get the...

The great debate; what do YOU prefer for a break-cue, ultra lite or ultra heavy?

A light break stick might be okay for a really good player but for us bangers I'd go heavy so you don't have to swing as hard. Just remember there is a limit to the upper weight of a cue but no limit to the lower weight of a cue. Does that indicate anything?

    Cueball position?

Important to notice is that the cue ball is in a perfect line to get easy shape on the 7-ball which must be considered when shooting the 5 for shape in the triangle for the 6.
