who's better?
I don't know who in there prime. that being said I will take bobby now if it's 9ft. 9ball. 1pkt-jeff. also jeff has lived in wisconsin for the last ten years and before that chicago. would bet high he hasn't lived in florida.
2 days
I think it will be hard for people to justify coming for a 500 added two day tourny JMO. The carom room has big calc. , nice equipment and just about everyone doesn't want it to be two days. I think 48 is about right for a one day event. maybe open up the finals to more people. just my 2...
always loved the tour, but that was before I had responsibilities. wish i could go to more tourny's, but I only get about one a month. I do think it would be good for pool in wisconsin. hope it works out.
venues
check with sunset bowl in waukesha, Gary peterson told me they had over ten ten diamonds and run doubles and three-man tourny's there. just a thought.

never
never, never, never. unless you have stipulated a time frame or agreed on a number of sets. if not, then just give the guy his money back. It's called gambling ethics. everyone should have it ,if not, don't gamble.
curious?
do you ever look at other tourny's scheduled on the weekend's you plan yours? just another case of bad tourny directors! check other events first then plan, not vice versa!
matlock or bowman?
I had the privilege of playing david at a tourney not too long ago. Unfortunatly he is suffering from arthritis in his foot and could barely stand up. I 've played jesse on a number of occasions, and he is an absolute monster. I think david in his prime was a better player...
you play to good sir, I don't think I'm the favorite against matt, just felt like gambling. And can we get a response on who is coming? who is the TD? and is there going to be action? I have to make an educated decision, is it worth the trip ( and having to beg my wife) or not!
tables
I have no problem with "responsive" rails. What I have trouble with is when the cue ball comes off the rails faster than the speed it came in with. the tables upstairs played decent and a few of the tables downstairs played ok, but the majority of the tables played "boingy". I like...
I wanted to give my opinion of both SBE & Diamond tables, since it was my first time there. I feel the SBE should have been held at a different hotel. The hotel was down right disgusting in my opinion. I don't think the bathrooms had been cleaned in years, and they smelled like holy hell. The...
curious
Hi guys, great thread! I've been thinking about getting a LD shaft for about 2-3 months.I've played with a viking for about 12 years and always just used there shafts( imo they play great ). but with 2 young kids I don't play very much and when I do I really struggle with certain shots...
