    Glue method on cushion cloth?

I would say there are a couple reasons. One, the wood rail would soak up more of the glue than the slate does and would react differently. Also, after a couple times, you would end up with glue build up , which could change the rail height. It would also be tougher to work with the glue...

    Grinding imperfections

I already called them and they drop-ship them from somewhere else. I had the same thought. I wonder if we could save a couple bucks shipping if we bought 2? ;)

There are some blacklight balls on the market, but I've never seen any glow in the dark.

    Grinding imperfections

I was actually getting ready to ask a similar question. I've come across some pretty bad ones. I know some of you have tried lapping the slate. How many of you are doing this? I haven't yet tried it, and wouldn't be able to generate that much dust in some of the locations, but I'm curious...

    Tom "Dr.Cue" Rossman

From Tom Rossman today: In an e-mail today from Tom: Hi, Josh! Thank you for the inquiry and possible show. First of all, I did have major eye surgery (detached retina), but I am back to normal now. I just finished 3 - 4 weeks of rest for my mind, body, spirit, and soul and looking...

What are RESIENDTS? I thought they taught spelling before college? I would at think at least spell-check would catch it if the person that made that sign didn't.

    Need rails/irons for new Brunswick

Have you tried calling Brunswick directly? I would find out the nearest dealer to you and go from there. They should be able to get you part #'s if you need them and sell you a set of rails. If the slate isn't backed, that model might not have it. Some models do come unbacked. If you were...

    Storing a Diamond Pro am

You may want to consider having someone familiar with moving Diamonds move it. Most moving companies I've dealt with don't know a whole lot about moving pool tables, and I'm sure there are a lot less that know about the right way to move a Diamond.

Nope. You won't have an even stretch that way, and you won't probably won't be able to close in your side pockets without puckers.

    simonis DVD

If Simonis isn't willing to, chances are no one here will be either. I know Simonis is pretty particular about who buys the DVDs. They want to keep it in the hands of mechanics. If they didn't ship to you or at least point you in the right direction, there's probably a reason why.

    Folds in new cloth

Folds from being packaged, yes. Creases, maybe not, but there should really be any sharp creases. You should be fine once it's stretched on and played on for a little bit.

    New table information

A 20 minute Olhausen tear-down is easy. They have a very simplistic design as far as hardware and parts go. It makes it nice, because there's less to go wrong. For local moves, we can usually have them torn down correctly and loaded in the van in 30-35 minutes, including pulling all the...

    Cost to re-cusion and re-felt

We will need to know what area you are in and what cloth you want if you have a preference. That way a mechanic that services your area can respond. Prices vary from region to region, and from mechanic to mechanic.

    Table light height

Mount the light at whatever height spreads the light to the entire playing surface. If you have kids, or you hit your head on it, then raise is a little more. :) Seriously though, there are many different style lights, and there might be different ideal heights for each on. Your goal is to...

    Brunswick III Score Keeper Problem

Do you mean Gold Crown III? You have to take off the rail, then flip it over to get to the mounting screws. My suggestion, especially if you like using them occasionally, leave them on and be careful when bridging in that area. It's the same thing on Valley tables if you're bridging on the...
