Happy Birthday Pat and I wish you MANY more! Thank you for Accu-Stats and the very high-quality DVD's as well as the game show streams!!!

    DVD & books

Capelle's book IMO is outstanding. There are some glitches in it with respect to how fractions are shown but the quality of the book vastly overshadows this technicality. Interesting about the autograph, Steve- I purchased my copy some years back at a billiards supply place and it happens to be...

    Turning Players Into Robots

I think the aiming method that would come closest to achieving this is my patented method of Ball Fringe Delineation (BFD)- J/K :D

    Thanks, CTE Users

I do hope everyone here in the USA has had a very satisfying Thanksgiving. I also agree the CTE talk has dominated. Personally, I use the Ball Fringe Delineation (BFD) aiming method and I find it is virtually foolproof, vastly superior IMO to CTE. :D

    Aramith Mudball?

That's what I thought it was as well. Maybe some differences in composition but still oversized for barboxes-

    Shooting Left-Handed

I shoot left-handed and am also left-eye dominant but am somewhat ambidextrous. A couple of weeks ago when I was down in Kenmore I decided to shoot an entire rack northpaw (breaking lefty, of course). It was quite a learning experience, especially with regards to the stance and sighting the...

    Aramith Mudball?

I believe you are correct. The original HAMMER bowling ball was based on this exact principle, having greater density in the outer shell as opposed to the core.

    Fake Videos, and drama.

I liken these video "incidents" (trying to be polite here) to those who attempt to shark their opponents, trying to compensate for their lack of cueing skills by engaging in scumbaggery. That's all I'll say.

I like the RKC threads !

I also thoroughly enjoy reading RKC's threads. They are quite informative to me and I now realize there is a lot more that goes into table setup than merely slapping some cloth on top of a piece or several pieces of slate and bolting the rails down...

What is wrong with this shot ?

Maybe the game was played in a different country where a pushout was allowed in the middle of a game :D :D :D

    Two Spots On A Table?

I had a feeling it might have been related to the rise in popularity of ball-in-hand-anywhere but I wasn't certain. Thank you for the explanation.

    Two Spots On A Table?

When I was a young teenager back in the 1970's I seem to recall almost every table having two spots. If/when I get my nine-footer for my basement it will have two as well. I now wonder why that second spot vanished... certainly not the additional cost of the adhesive dot thingy...

    5 hour energy drink

I've never tried the 5-hour stuff but a co-worker of mine gave me one which I keep for emergency purposes. I usually take from 5-10 mg of B-12 per day which does help the overall energy output from this half-century-old frame. The B-12 IMO does what it says, boosts energy without a...

What is exciting about Playing or Watching Pool?

This is a really tough poll, perhaps a bit too generalized for me. But even though I didn't vote I feel compelled to answer, so here it goes. I truly enjoy watching women's 9-ball tournaments on live streaming; they are competitive but all the players are still living afterwards. I don't enjoy...
