A former "10" rated Arizona player recently shared with me that some time ago all rated AZ players had their handicaps reduced. How does one find out what their current handicap rating is? Can it be done online?
Improving
The single most important thing I learned in pool came from a lesson I had with Mark Wilson, twelve years ago. Mark, former pro player, mosconi cup team member, commentator, and outstanding instructor, taught me the (weight of the ball concept). Though I have had many lessons since...
Keither With The Ether
Bad to the bone. Learned a lot from Jack Madden and plays with a Jack Madden Custom Cue.

Shooting a ball into my pocket, I make the ball clean. Cue ball hits short rail and bounces back and hits mt cue tip before I can get cue out of the way.
What is the call? Foul or no foul?
Reevaluate who?
I wonder if any of the European Mosconi Cup Team would submit such a post of their team mate?

I have used it for a very long period of time. it is oily but not as pasty as kamui. It leaves blue dots on cue ball after evry shot, regardless of speed. It will not prevent miscues and in fact will enhance them when not completely covered. I have also tried kamui and blue diamond. IMO...
When he wants to raise the bet, tell him to win it back like he lost it. If he all of a sudden shows you a new gear, quit. If he doesn't, keep on beating him. Soon enough, you will know his true speed.

Chicken S__t or Smart Play?
IMO, a smart play. He in turn should have shot the cue ball into the pocket, giving ball in hand back to you. If you respond in kind and he likewise, he eventually wins because you fouled three times before he did!
