I've never played in a league, I've considered doing it. After reading a lot of the posts here, I might as well just continue playing with my friends on our home tables. But then again, I might wanna check it out for myself first and then make my own decision.

My wife and I are on the same page. We eliminated our living room and dining room and made into my Man Cave. Now I've got a bar and my pool table. Guest come over frequently and hang out, we call it "Marshall's Tavern!"

I've played my Father in Law 3 times today. My Man Cave is part of the house and an essential part of any family gathering. Later on, after dessert, we'll have more time without distractions..... Love Turkey Day, my favorite holiday!
