Large Case I own about 5 cases, but use my 4 X 8 most of the time. My husband and I carry both our playing cues and break cues in this one case. Easier to put everything in one case for our night playing APA matches.

I had the same kinda pain a couple of years back. Found out that I was stretching on the Pool Table and holding my leg up. Now I rest my leg (thigh) on the table as much as possible. I didn't even realize that I was using my butt and back muscles in a way that caused this awful stabbing pain...
