Yes Every cue is prone to warp if the woods are not stable, shafts fallow the same rules. A core can help but doesn't prevent.

It was entertaining. I would ask for .010" and he would cut .030". The funniest one was putting on the ferrules and he was at 13.15". I told him to cut one more tinny cut to get it to 13.10". After that tinny cut the ferrule was 12.50". Good thing we didn't use Ivory on that one...

A Rotozip is not as loud as the Portercable and runs 30,000 RMP's. I cut the speed down and it runs very quiet. It's a good alternative for an extra router at a good price.
