Obsessive cue maker I ordered a cue (with two shafts) from Dave Kersenbrock in 1977...he had it ready with one shaft in about 5 months...he refused to give it to me until he could get a piece of wood "identical" to match the first shaft...one year later he gave me my cue with two matching...

different rules For about 10 years in Atlantic City., we had, "Last chance for Nine Ball" and 3/4 years in Vegas ...>>if you do not pocket a ball , incoming player gets ball in hand!!! worked great and the fans seemed to love it...the last tourney, I think we had 161 players and it was one...

shipping items I send cue supplies to OZ, to friends, quite often thru out the year, and I am happy to add you to the list if I can be of help...shipping single items cost quite a bit so I usually get a few items put together before the shipping...where do you live?

My colors I ordered a cue from Kersenbrock (1977)...my colors...and basic design..with certain specs at a couple of locations..and simply told him to put it together >>>HIS WAY! A year later..it came out GREAT...and I still have it! ...seemed like the best way to have it done...

The book There are a lot of very good cuemakers out there now... Buy the book!!!! Blue book of Cues...should give you a good update of whats new on the market. Personally, I retire one of my "OLD" Kersenbrocks every couple of months to go back to the other one. Good luck finding your "magic cue"!

Pro cue If you think you are at the level to be a pro soon...just get a better custom cue to begin with...spend the extra money for the extra quality...you will be glad you did..

Practice balls They work well... Since I collect many POOL things and I have most all of the practice type balls ... they all have some good points...

phx tourneys There are probably more tourneys in PHX than any town I have been in....there is at least one every night of the week..the only unfortunate thing is that they are ALL handicaps!!! There is a local pool paper that you can pick up in about any bar or pool room..
