Who were their pool heroes growing up? If they could play anyone, living or dead, at any game, who would it be? What is the biggest sacrifice they have made to be where they are? Is being a pro what you thought it would be like? Do they have a specific goal? Where do you see the game in 20 years?

I have a 2 hr. lesson with a pro coming up and wondered if there were anything I should ask him specifically. I guess I mean 'watch my stroke, follow thru,' etc. Are there many others? He is a very competent instructor so I hope he knows already.
