Exactly, Niels is perfect example that talent is overrated. Its like I said in another thread - if you took TOP100 pool pros in the world Niels would be in TOP80-100 range talent-wise (still more talent than most players but nothing extreme) but definitely TOP3 when it comes to his work ethic...

That info is actually not correct. His left eye vision is about 5-10%, so yeah, he is almost blind to that eye but his right eye is all good. So basically Niels is one-eyed bandit which gives him more than enough vision for him to be able to become alfa-dog :thumbup:

Niels has a talent, no doubt about it. But if you take TOP100 players in the world he would be in 80th-100th place talent-wise, it is his work ethic which makes him stand out of the crowd like he does and gives him his incredible consistency (and elbow injury as well:eek:):thumbup:
