Agreed. There is a Dave and Busters near Cincinnati Ohio that had 9ft tables, like 5 of them, and they were kept in great condition. They even had a 5x10 snooker table at one point. Would be interested to see if they are still there.

Not getting draw on the cue ball is the trick to this shot. Any draw or follow slows down the cue ball. Looks like he broke Florians record by a couple of seconds. I have tried the spin shot on a carom table before as well. It was not heated but brand new felt and I got 56 seconds. Fun times.

I was at a pool room two days ago and the attendant gave the rack of balls that were in order 1-15 with the cue ball last. I thought of this thread when I got them. I returned the balls the exact same way.

The Marty Carey cue is legal to use in leagues and tournaments. It is designed for close up jumps.

Yes. The next gen shaft coming out in July is way better than the gen 1 that originally came out.

The ferrule color change is a different material. One that is more sterdy. So new finish, new ferrule material that is white, thinner grey ring on the bottom. Same tip.

The new shafts will be a combination of both. The grey ring is thinner than it is now and has black under it. I have a gen 1 defy shaft but it is quick release. If you ever want a 12mm Gen 1 for a quick release, I have one for you. :)

The carom event didn't happen last year either and unless Predator does an event, it won't be coming back. That event was mainly to help professor cue ball sell his magazine. Now that is has retired from doing the magazine, the carom event is not happening.

I don't know exactly what the coating is so I am not going to venture a guess.
