Unless they've been abused and beaten down, you can un-bolt the rails, flip them over and take out all of the pocket bolts. Put a lock washer between the bolt and washer and retighten all the pocket bolts. Flip the rails back over, realign them and retighten all of the rail bolts. Should only...

Donny - I'm about 3.5 hours from the coast and only got high winds here and very little rain. We got lucky but hope Pat, Chris, Bob, etc. are all OK up there in the N.E.!!! Sounds real nasty as far as damage from Sandy.
