hide glue for recover?

Since I`ve used it for years on piano work,I`m thinking of using it to recover my Anniversary,grabs strong and quick,and is easily remelted with an iron.Any caveats? Thanks.

It is a type of glue. Made from animal hides I believe.

Thanks Pat! Then I am no help as I've never used it nor even heard of it. I Googled it and it has good reviews for the individual uses. Let us know how it works for you OP

3M fastbond 10 is a much better choice for installing the bed cloth, as no heat is required to use it, and it has a stronger bond as well.
