Size Matters I have 2 gun drills , .670 for forearms and .750 for handle and butt sleeves . I use a 30" laminated maple dowell with front 14" turned down to .660 , and leave the back half at 1' untill front has cured , then turn the back down to .740 and slide rings handle and butt sleeve on...

I went into Cross Cut Hardwoods in Portland Oregon and saw a plank of Babinga , 3" x 16 x 12-15 feet . I aske if I could buy 18" of the top of That One . Beautiful , Two guys took it to saw and $43. later I had a nice oc. pf babinga . Starting another cue in a couple weeks with it .
