That may be true, I don't know. What I do know is those two rules suck. They diminish a great game, in my opinion. Those rules and others, like the 23 rule are the reason many serious players don't take the APA seriously. A night out with friends, maybe. Good pool? What a joke.

When and why did BCAPL change their scratch on the break rule from behind the head string to ball in hand? It seems to me the goal should be one set of rules, WPA.
