Going to the end of league pay out today. There have been rumors that they don't have the 14k or so.

How often does this happen in league play? Johnnyt
This is my 4th year in League play and the first time I have ever heard of this.
Maybe others will comment on this ever happening before.
Burned in Baltimore
Lynn Moler burned her players in a Baltimore BCA league in September 2002.
She owes me $1800.00 plus additional funds stolen in subsequent sessions.
The league was great, the operator was a thief.

After all it is just a rumor.
But at about 12:30 Mountain time I will know.
If these kind of things happen in some leagues then that operater should get thrown in jail and or made to pay off what he/she owes. I'm not a big fan of calling police or lawyers as I like to handle this kind of stuff myself. But today almost everyone has a lawyer on speed dial and the Yellow pages are 1/8 full with them, you can't do it yourself anymore. This goes for the non-paying promoters putting on pro, open, and regional tournaments. It's not like two guys gambling and one gets air barreled. Johnnyt
