John Schmidt/Shane Van Boening Vs. Quintan Hann????

So lets set this straight, because I think I'm a little confused. A Euro player came out and bashed American Pool Players, and then wants them to step up and play his game? If you are gonna bash someone, then you gotta step onto their turf. You don't step up then run to your...

    Brunswick vs Diamond

Yea but that was a custom job. I don't think its an option unless you hire him to find you the table since Diamond build the tables and ships em prebuilt to you.

    Bergman 44 Morra 25

From what I've seen of Morra play, he does well when there isn't a lot of pressure, but as soon as he's a top in a tourney, he starts to choke. One hell of a player, especially since hes got time on his side, but really seems to need to develop some nerves.

Preference between Ball Return or Pockets?

Thats nonsense. Manual is the only way to drive. Better gas mileage too. -->Only drives manual.

Preference between Ball Return or Pockets?

I've had the pleasure of talking with Glen, and hes a top notch guy. I'd value his opinion on any table if I were looking for table(s) . There is no reason to get anything less than a Diamond 9' Pro AM table these days. Simply no comparison.

    Predator BK2 tip mushrooming

QFT! Maybe he had a real tip put on it, since leather offers far better control.

    F/S attn; palmer collectors

AZ'r TATE (Chris) is the expert and collector of palmers. PM'n him is probably a good start. Also, I've never shot or seen in person a Palmer, why are they special? Do they hit well? Its a great looking cue, but for collectors, I doubt the hit matters that much.

Is weightlifting detrimental to one's stroke?

You don't need a good stroke if you can muscle the 9 in on the break!

    Q wiz

Agreed, the Q-Wiz is nice. I have one I got when I got my viking a few years back for free. Still use it today, a little worn but it works. The OB-1 booth were giving them away at the SBE or so I heard. Maybe if I'm lucky they will include one when shipping me my shaft!

b/new aska cues (very cheap) initial offering sale!

linds here is a popular Phillipino cue maker, and he makes some gorgeous looking cues. I don't see him posting here that often, but he's active on some other forums, and I've never seen a complaint about him. I would not hesitate to do business with him.

    I need a cheap Sneaky

If I were you, I would invest in either a well known production sneaky, like Shmelke or Dufferin, and possibly have a cue maker put a joint in it. Or if you are able to put fourth a little more, look up a cue maker named Jim Sickles. I got lucky, and snatched up one of his SPs (super plain...

    Vintage 70's adam A/H-7

That looks like a new shaft on it, or the shaft from the 70s? If its from the 70s, I'm interested.

    Pool movie

I gotta agree with PHM on this. A movie like this won't bring people into the pool halls. If you want a movie to bring people in, the movie would have to be popular, focused on pool, and make it seem like it really is a great and fun activity. Not just a dark way to bet and gamble. Movies...

    Robinson Cue F/S

Wow, this cue looks really familiar. Metal pin on the shaft? I've only seen this once before on a cue my grandfather gave me, and I never knew who the maker was for that cue. Any other makers do that? 4.3 oz shaft! What a monster! Good luck with the sale Vass.
