Yes that's exactly what I said, he had to won 3 matches to enter the last 32.

You can look by yourself HERE. It is the bracket in wich Mike Sigel was playing, one of the 8 qualification brackets to the last 32. There is 4 qualified player per bracket, 2 from the winner side and 2 from the loser.

You are wrong. Mike Sigel had to win 3 matches, including the one he forfeited, to reach the final 32 single elimination. Still a long way.

Drago can't speak while playing, he is too fast :) Yes, sometimes he interact with his opponent. But he is always respectful and friendly. He never do that to shark someone.

This table has been tapped very improperly. It looks as it was tapped with a hammer. You will never see marks in the slate if it is done properly. I play most of the times on tapped tables and never had issues with it, even when slow rolling balls on the rack area.
