The biggest problem is the end mass which will create massive deflection unless it is sleeved instead of solid. Peace Bro👍

They are sleeved, not solid and sleeving them reduces the end mass and the weight.

I must have missed the part about the Ivory rings and ferrule sorry. In this cases it’s definitely not a Helmstetter or Adam cue. Good luck hope you can identify it.

Doc what is a butted veneer. To me the forearm is a short splice that had been milled.

I suspect that this cue is a 1970s Adam or Helmstetter cue. I have seen many without weight bolt only a wooden plug like cue has.
