I would of course do it like this in a tournament-setting unless the other rail somehow were blocked. I guess I was just tired of playing bad position and not being able to run racks, so with the will to stay on the table I used my creativity as best I could :)

Yeah, I knew I could it hit it going other routes, but sometimes you just get the feel for a shot and know it will work ;)

I prefer a hot tub because it puts my body and mind into a relaxe-modus. Like you, I always try to bring some snack incase I don't have time to eat. My favourite is a small chocolate and a banana. During tournaments I always drink lots of water, but as a cocaholic I need to have atleast one...

Bad idea, imo. Playing too much speedpool won't help you at all, it will **** up your normal play, give you bad habits and change the way you think your way through a rack. I would do other exercises
