I found several different end mills on ebay. I bought eight 5/16 solid carbide TiN coated end mills for $25 shipped. Another guy has long end mills, like 4 and 6 inch long, for $15 or $20. I love ebay. Lol. Joe

My helper kid made himself a sneaky a while back, and he recently found the exact same problem. The pin buzzes, but its not loose. Once its together, its fine though. I'm not sure if he's gonna pull the pin, or just not worry about it. I personally wouldn't worry about it. Joe

I've never had any trouble with the piston coming loose. I did have the threads strip out of the aluminum, mounting base, so I had a new one made with steel threads instead of aluminum and its been trouble free ever since. Joe

You can buy end mills cheap on ebay. I use em in my tailstock quite often. I use the 1/2 inch end mill for boring a plug hole in a join or shaft. 1/4 for 5/16 pins, and 5/16 for 3/8 10 pins. Just make sure your tailstock is in line with the headstock, because these suckers cut regardless of...
