You'll never go wrong with Aramith's Ball Cleaner since it's made specifically for Phenolic Balls. Just use microfiber cloths so as not to scratch the balls:)

Actually, Viattorre doesn't have a standard design. They haven't even made a single cue as part of their stock since they have a long list of backlog. I believe most of the cues Viattorre have ever produced are designed by the customers themselves:)

How small is small? I don't think it's repairable. You can probably use a colored tape over it. with us, we normally just replace them especially if they have already been used for like 3 months since we're located in a premium area, or send them to our other centers with "lower" market.

The pool hall, which is in a mall, I used to manage is open approx 110hrs a week: 11:30am-2:00am weekdays, 11:30am-4am weekends. The only day that it's closed is on Good Friday :)
