I use to run with alot of road players & from all I've gathered they all took a 2 year period of their lives where they played at least 8 hours a day every day.

Everybody's body computer is designed different..Appleton said awhile back that he wont do the races to 100 no more cuz it messes with him...some are grinders & some are not...the best of the best know how they are geared & play/gamble accordingly..The ones that don't know their own limitations...
