RIP Andam. I remember playing scotch double with my girlfriend against him and his partner at Mr. B's in Baldwin Park, Calif back in the 90's. He was stoic but very friendly at the same time. We had a ball in that match. Tremendous talent and humility. Deepest consolation to his family/friends.

Yes, we had some local players in last Sunday tournament that knocked out some high-ranked pros at the Swann tournament last year (among those pros who were beaten, I remember Raj Hundal and Dennis Hatch). And someone went hill-hill with SVB.
