If I were you I would just keep the Everest tip on once you order the 314 shaft. I have tried all different tips but I find the Everest best. The tip also holds up excellent. 314(2) + Everest Tip = Perfect Combination

Working on trick shots is also a never ending process. Once you have mastered a shot, sure you move on, but you move on to many other diffrent shots that you have high hopes of being able to become consistant with. With everything you do you have to have a mind set for it. Sure I love the game...
