    The way I learned this game is the 8-ball had to be pocketed in the same pocket as your 1 or 15. It is a fun variation and certainly adds a different twist to the strategy.

    thanks for the link. I guess I'll try it if I have to, but I will probably end up playing with the tiniest nub of a tip until it is absolutely unplayable.

    I am deployed overseas and without the guy that does all the work on my cues. I brought two spare mooris, but it occured to me that I've never done a tip install or anythng remotely like it. I would like some guidance on doing this. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks
