Lets say there is a tournament in Chicago. The raffler has all the money of the raffle and we have a winner. Then, raffller pays the entrance fee, hotel and ticket for the winner. Period. The guy or gal has to go otherwise the opponent there gets a bye :) As simple as that. The winner has 2...

The mods should add an extra section (non visible to members, only to mods) in itrader comments, for full justification of a negative feedback. Then, they decide if it worths or not (leave it or erase it). Just to avoid retaliation.
