Tony just rewrapped this...refinished it...and slapped his name on there. What a difference the new finish makes...

Yea, Steve...I bet that really looked like a piece of junk before the refinish..;)

Sweet cue...these BB cues are nothing but cylindrical canvases that Tony uses for his artwork...real masterpieces.

I cant agree with you more....he is an artist stuck in a cuemakers body....LOL
Steve

Another nice one. You must have some BB cues that you forgot you have you have so many. (Did that make any sense?) Anyway, I do believe that is the first cue I've seen you post that had malachite on it. Being Irish, I do like malachite.

One other thing, I like how the BB logo is inlaid over the malachite spearhead, nice touch.

hey

I havent seen that before myself...that I remember. I think that is really cool that Tony did that on purpose

Another great looking cue that I like with the Malachite, ebony, ivory and silver (or is that gold).
Awesome design that was simple (compared to complex designs of today from Tony) and exotic.

Hey

Hey Steve,
Spliced and glued in the Ivory Points last night..
The Tru-Stone Malachite, Ivory and Ebony Inlays go in today..
Man, these Black Boar Cues are "A tough act to follow"..
Tony's CAD/CAM Program cost more than my machines!!!:p
Maybe a CNC, someday???...
A note about Malachite:
Because there's Black streaks running thur as part of the Grain Pattern in Malachite, It can create a problem,. If that Black streak ends up on the corner or edge, It will appear that the inlay is defective by having a part missing.. Same with Abalone Inlays..:frown:
Notice Tony has nice light colored Malachite..Mine is what ever the supplier sends me..:frown:
