Looks like a lucassi, they made some cues without logo, they are selling as seconds. How you doing Larry?

I have seen this some also... Dufferin used UV finish, and IMO this is uncured UV finish. If UV finish is sprayed onto the cue and gets into wood cracks and pores, light cannot hit the finish to cure it. When you cut off the top coat, it just runs out the pores ;)
