Most LCDs these days are so light that 4 to 8 1/4" toggle bolts would be more than adequate for wall mounting. If it is concrete, some 1/2" lag shields would work.

A Mezz WX700 shaft is 12.5mm and a WX900 shaft is 12mm, both should be similar in feel to a 314-2.

Hey Nick, let's see how bad the roll is. Could it have possibly developed the warp in shipping, where it would be subject to different climates? I would think an initial inspection would have been sufficient to notice any damage or warp in the cue, telling the seller initially that you liked it...
