From my point of view care has very-very little to do with business / price. I think if Mike doubled his prices but treated his former customers' and their cues (which were purchased for a fraction of the new prices) just as well as the new, really expensive ones, he would have been careful...

Here is one I used to own... If the I-must-try-all-cues-ever bug had not bit me, it would still be here it played so good. Flawless execution, unique, long and sharp points, thin veneers. Sharp inlays. Ivory everything... it was a real gem.
