    Centennial Case Literature Scans

I am sure many have seen these too but without the intention of hijacking this thread I would like to add a few that I found on my PC (I can't recall their original source, sorry!) regarding another fantastic casemaker. Old advertisement: P.S.: my favourite is undoubtedly the Double...

    Tribute cues....

Thanks... This picture shows how it can be done - and that what we're talking 'bout is not what we are talking about, but WHO we are talking about!

    Tribute cues....

My take on this is that I would buy a Gina-ish Tad rather than a real Gina if it was Tad whose cues I liked ever since I've been into cues and the opposite if that's the case... In a way the original maker is secondary and the maker of my cue is first. What many fail to recognize is: yes, the...

    My billiards-related collection

Good day, Now that I have received the two last items I would like to share what I have gathered during the past couple of years. It isn't huge but I adore every piece in it with all of them having someone they are related to and all of them sharing a little bit different and more about this...

In progress to finish...ULTRA BLACK BOAR

I bet it's not even close - neither in "$", nor in hours that Tony spent building and studying cues in his lifetime. Anyway, it's such a scarce occassion seeing how a true "monster" (as the new term spreads :)) is done it's just great to see a fraction of the stages it took to create this cue...

    *****mike cochran***** # 1

With all due honesty, one cannot love every cuemakers' work and for me the majority of Cochran cues have been such an exception. They all looked flawlessly executed and unique, but never really "touched" me in the way others do occassionally - or the way this very cue does. In my opinion, or...

    Tad & Tascarella Caps

Alton, absolutely fantastic caps, if Eric wants me to, I'll post your cap on his Tad, it's great!!! These are stunning, they are so much "Tadish" they are the closest in style, appearance and workmanship. Thanks for sharing! Yours, David

Hello Az here is a Szamboti Cue being offered on Ebay "WOW"

I just re-read this thread and saw that manwon already pin-pointed it, but a rosewood merry widow Gus is also being offered... and if we can settle on this cue being original, that would / should mean that the PJ is original as well - and if that's the scenario then I'm a lot more interested in...

    Ginky's good ol' ~T~

These Tasc's are killing me! Not only the wrapless - although I love those as well - but especially those with a nice smooth leather wrap or Cortland... I must get one of these Hoppe Tascarellas sooner or later they look so perfect it's unfair. Congratulations Berny for another magnificent...

    Santa Szam

I think the Santa that's going all around here is not exactly the same Santa as at your place.... Send yours around next year pls :) The cue is very nice, probably the nicest or one of the nicest Barry butt sleeves, the razor blade/split diamond combination is literally staggering and the other...

Someday I Want To Do This...

Eric, That is a great idea, something people would stop by to see, like 'Hey, what's going on here?' in their minds... casinos are places where people with serious cash hang out, that's a more understanding community for expensive things than you find at other places, maybe they'd appreciate...

    6 point BURTON SPAIN

Christmas being a time when everything flashes and sings, all places are busy and full and you can't really look at anything without seeing at least one of the above... I found this cue, on which I can give my eyes and mind a rest. I thought I should give it a bump so others can see it again...

    just a old JW

I knew I saw this design before and finally I found it... Sometimes it's just worth it having 250+ cue related pages in your favourites folder :) http://www.waltoncues.com/Cue.asp?CID=COL+01-006

    just a old JW

Thank you very much for the insight, I really appreciate it, especially because it turned out so interesting! THANKS! These old JW's were firsts in many aspects, this one could be one that was built using CNC - although it has a sideways W [and I could be wrong...] Bill used a CNC while still...

    just a old JW

That's such a nice cue... ...that I wouldn't be keeping it my car. Thanks for sharing, that really is a unique JW, especially considering its age... would one of you shed some light on these truck driver cues for me please? I don't remember reading about them before.

    Sgruggs or Capone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never had a Scruggs but I did have a little fancier Capone with a sleeved ivory joint and a radial joint... and guess what, I too had an entry level McDermott with the 3/8-10 joint and didn't like it at all. The Capone was entirely different, it was absolutely awesome in every aspect...

Oh boy this cue is my style!!!!!

Hey Erich! Hungary has nice spots and sights, I hope you saw a few when driving - although it gets dark way too early... Naturally I know all of them, I've known them for a long time. I was playing next to Attila many times when I was actually playing pool, in like 11th and 12th grade in High...

Oh boy this cue is my style!!!!!

Eric, Steve, Thank you both. I was thinking and thought that without this forum and especially without you, showing the world how amazing cues can be, I never would have bought my cue, nor would have I gotten into cues so much... yet, this English grammar upsets me sometimes... I am really...
