When he comes to the US to play he usually does a short show. He was in a Billiards tournament at Carom billiards in Queens, NY last fall(?) and a few guys I know saw him play and do his exhibition.

Yes I agree and up until 2004 they also broadcast it live on the internet, which I think they still do, but somehow thye're able to block out all but the UK.

Looked at BBC web site and it seems they don't even offer the Crucible over the internet any more. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

I believe he did, however that relationship ended before the IPT was formed. In any event they, the IPT has made decisions on the standards they want and the guys/gals who will play for the big money aren't complaining, they're practicing.
