Help with date of manufacturing Ebony Hoppe Cue

Wow you never cease to amaze. I have to say when I first saw this I was purchasing hoping to have someone convert it. My mind is changed thanks to the knowledge and history preservation of members like you and Ideologist. Your are the Howard Carter or Indiana Jones of the Billiard Universe.

Davis Blank finished by Jan Carl

The veneers from bottom to top are, Yellow_Orange_Red_Black Then Mirrored B R O Y then the main points go back to Y O R B. This was the first Davis blank I had seen with two "short" splices veneered. I have seen a few with the single short splice beneath the main forearm points but they were...

    Help identify this cue please

Its a matter of personal taste, I like when the wood displays a little personality makes for a truly unique piece. The maker of this cue chose to highlight the wood flaw as oppose to discard or hide it, as someone who has a love for wood/woodworking I appreciate this, I do not think it would be...

    Help identify this cue please

I knew it was not a real bushka, the wear on the bumper looked like rubber rot which can happen when cue sits for long time. I bid on the looks alone, I really like the design 24 white inlays in the rich PH wood and those rings I think it is an attractive cue.
