    Lucasi Hybrid

Lucasi My son has and loves his hybrid for the same reasons that many hate it. He likes the feel of the golf club type grip. You really should try one before you buy. It is a production cue so it should be available to try somewhere.

    getting a new shaft?

Shafts I've tried Predator, OB and smart shafts. Each one has its own properties. Personnal taste will decide which is "better". If posible try a couple of them before you buy. I don't have much experience with different tips but I hear they also make a big differance in a shafts performance.

    Jumping up before you finish

Obvious My buddy George used to do that in golf. He would lift his head to soon on his drive. My other friend Todd cured him with a broken nine iron. Every time George lifted his head too soon Todd hit him on the head with the nine iron. In three or four holes he was cured.

Hanging rack I am also building a rack that holds a cue vertical with the weight pulling the cue straight. You may as well us gravity to help keep the cue straight. Working a system that holds securely without putting too much pressure on the ferrule has been a pain. (Remember there is no...

    Gandy Pool tables any good?

Gandy I have enjoyed mine for three years now. It was a good deal and it seems like a fine table to me. In fairness though, most guys on here are much better players than me and seem to have an eye for things that I don't notice.

    Lumpy centennials

Age I don't know how old they are. The deformity is just noticeable. I suppose they could be within the .005 tolerance.

    Lumpy centennials

I have a set o centennials that I was going to sell and a buyer asked me if I could feel the numbers. I couldn't imagine why he would ask.. Sure enough two of the balls had "raised" numbers. I though they were melted into one piece etc- roundest etc. How is did this happen?
