I used SS for a while and liked them a lot. More spin? I don't know. I've been trying a medium for the last month or 2 and frankly haven't noticed a lot of difference. The SS did hold chalk better, I could get away with forgetting to chalk on a shot more often with the SS.

TCOM and especially "The Hustler" weren't successful because they were about pool. Pool was just the medium for presenting a movie about life. You've got to start out with a good plot and a good story line. Pool by itself just isn't enough to draw a big audience and make it worth the movie...
