If it's a weekly, change the format to a chip tournament. Anybody can beat anybody in a race to one. It keeps it fun, educational, draws more people and is good entertainment. :D

Sounds like a good trip. I don't know if it's the same guy you saw, but Tommy Tokoph from Albuquerque beat Earl in banks and he's around 24-25 or so, but looks younger, a fine young player.
