Little to no pool since May 2018, time for carbon fiber???

hpII from Mezz was my favorite shaft for years, and it is actually very good shaft until I've tried the Meucci Pro, then I made the swap, I also have Meucci CF coming on the way very soon, so I can't wait to try it, I might stick to The Pro shaft since I like wood, but I will still give Meucci...

31" Shaft options (Jacoby or Meucci CF?)

I've heard good things about Meucci CF but haven't tried it yet, but will be delivered to me within two weeks, I also have tried Jacoby, so I can give you my feedback on the shafts that you specifically asked about in the original post, within two weeks once I have tried the Meucci CF, so then I...

Thorsten Hohmann is a fan of "technology"

Interesting that you say that, I was searching around and I saw a post on reddit about this subject, they claim it is not an LD shaft, coming from pooldawg billiard is huge. Reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/billiards/comments/822re1/breaking_with_meucci_the_pro_shaft/ Look at the third post...

Components Necessary to Become a Pro Level Pool Player?

I'd like to comment to your points specifically one by one. 1) Not needed talent/gift is a scam, hoax, call it what you want, it doesn't exist. 2) Not needed, if you walk into people who tell you that you must stand in a specific way, or hold the cue in a specific way, like the snooker...

Traveling with a small case 2x1, cue.

Thank you all for the information! I'll buy a TSA lock first thing tomorrow, with an extra bag that can fit my case, just like lfigueroa's setup.

Nice, I presume that green thing is the TSA lock that you guys are speaking of. Where do I buy this, and doesn't the airport allow this to remain locked without inspection or how does that work.

Traveling with a small case 2x1, cue.

Is it safe to put it inside of the bag that goes in the plane belly, or shall I carry it with me inside of the airplane, I kind of want the first option if it is safe? Has anybody experienced theft from the airlines while travelling, is this a common thing? when opening my bag, they might see a...

Thorsten Hohmann is a fan of "technology"

For those interested. I just did some digging and he is using a cue from a company by the name of Molinari cues, apparently, it is the sister company of Predator somehow, they claim to have cues engineered by Predator but produced by Molinari. His cue is PP Series can be seen here...

Thorsten Hohmann is a fan of "technology"

This is a very good match I'm watching, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNQ3oXUk0Pg By the looks of it, the cue looks more modern, I doubt it's vollmer, that cue he's using has red sleeve with white wrap of some type, maybe wrapless white, I don't know, but it looks like a modern cue, almost...

Thorsten Hohmann is a fan of "technology"

Thats nice, I got a couple of questions for Thorsten Hohmann fans, is he still with Lucasi and only started using LD Shafts? I thought Lucasi gave him an LD shaft with his white cue back in the days, I also noticed he doesn't use the white cue anymore, so is this still a lucasi or something...

Do most Filipino players have formal instruction

In the Philippines everywhere you look there's a pool table, it's their national game, I've got Filipino friends who work on other stuff/jobs and they also play pool as a hubby, it's their thing, even my gym instructor he's from the Philippines and he always talks about pool. I've known many...

    Mike Dechaine

Nothing wrong with this thread IMO, I respect Mike Dechaine very much and selling windows is not something you should be ashamed of, it's a job! just like any other job, my grandfather used to sell windows and he started off by zero, then he progressed and by the end of his life he owned a large...

Lucasi cue and with three shafts

If two different shafts from the same exact brand/model and they play differently imo it is a bad production. This is just my opinion ofcourse since I've said it, but here's my justification. If I want to buy a new shaft of the one that I love, I expect it to play exactly the same, when my old...

    Who Likes Last-Pocket 8-Ball?

This game is very good if you’re a C player and decide to play an A player. I always choose this game when somebody far better than me wants to play... it gives me humongous chance to beat him, which I can’t do in other games except this and maybe short race of 9ball. Sent from my iPhone...

This is what you heard and I also seen this somewhere but it isn’t reliable source, I see a fury badge on their shirts. And about Chang, do you mean Kevin Chang? If that’s what you mean then he is using a Meucci CF, who told you it is a Predator revo? Where did you get this info from Sent...

Little Ko is new World #1

Nop, he is sponsored by multi-companies, one of them is fury, but I can't find his name in their website, so maybe he using some other fury products, or maybe he is using their cues, but I don't know for sure. I just want to know his shaft of preference, if its a fury, which one.
