here's a document i put together for my own use, the color codes are tips i've tried and my personal preferances. the ones i'm not really sure on exact rated harnesses i labled with "aprx" for an approximation. anyway, feel free to download it and adjust it to your liking or don't or whatever...

i've used lepro, triangle, milk dude elkmaster, hercules medium, H2 medium, moori medium, everest, sniper, talisman pro medium, and kamui medium. my favorite by far in the layer tips is sniper with everest right behind. and just after that is triangle.

not to step on your toes, but while 207 is the best price for these shafts new, these shafts aren't new. being around this forum for the last year or so, 314-2 used shafts usually go in the 130-170 range, in addition that butt is in some god awful shape.

my guess is he misunderstood your question. i assume he thought you where asking to have a collar from one shaft that matches the current butt removed and placed onto anouther shaft, i which case, the collar that matched would be the "donor" and would be destroyed in the process....this...
