Bulletproof Recoil tips 7 month later

Thanks for your review of the Recoil Medium tip, I'm a hard tip guy so I won't be changing but it's great to hear the quality and consistency is the same, which ever one you choose will be the right one for you !

    Jitters or nerves

Great post, I read a book along time ago where the author said " the eight ball doesn't know it's the eight ball" I think this sums up your post quite well , as for me, I have started using a Full Shot Routine, it is the entire PSR but adding the only thing you can control on a shot, making...

    Wood shafts

I think Pool and Golf are very similar in a lot of ways, sports like basketball and football require a certain amount of physical ability to play at the highest level, it's not that way in both of these sports, some people have a fast speed of stroke, you are either born with that or you are...

First day Bulletproof Recoil Tip Tool review

All I know is I have been using the Sandman shaper for about 5 months the same way and the tip still looks like new, so little wear it's not worth talking about, I used the less aggressive side of the Recoil tip tool last night, just got done practicing for about an hour and my tip is holding...

First day Bulletproof Recoil Tip Tool review

I am dragging it across the tip using only light pressure, the "teeth" are very sharp but not as deep as the Sandman, it surprised me that the tip held chalk better with the Recoil tool, I haven't even used the aggressive side yet, it removes only dust off the tip you can't even measure and even...

    Jitters or nerves

I play to win, at the end of match whether I win or lose I shake my opponents hand and remember I will be able to eat tomorrow, I don't depend on winning a match to pay my bills but because I love the sport and love playing with people who have the same passion, never worry about the last shot...

First day Bulletproof Recoil Tip Tool review

Just received it today, I have posted about using the Sandman shaper tool and how well it works so when Bulletproof Billiards came out with a tool of their own I was intrigued but I mistakenly thought they were similar in design so I didn't get one right away, they are very different, the...

    "Championship" Cloth and Nostalgia

I think it adds to more safeties being played as well, bigger pockets with more angle on the pocket face gives you a choice to cheat the pocket or play a safety instead, 4 1/2" pockets for pro events with a narrower face would speed up the games as well, do you think Efren would have even...

Bulletproof Recoil tips 7 month later

I don't use anything else anymore I'm still on my 2nd piece of chalk after 2 years, when I 1st heard 1 piece of chalk cost $20.00 I said I would never spend that much money for 1 piece of chalk, I ordered a chalk holder and to get free shipping I needed to spend more dollars, so long story short...

Bulletproof Recoil tips 7 month later

I use a Dr. V's magnetic chalk holder so I always have it at my side, I'm 4 years into using TAOM V 10 chalk and I'm just getting used to not chalking on every shot......

Bulletproof Recoil tips 7 month later

I think if you chalk less often the scuff will go away, it's a hard habit to break after being taught to chalk up every shot, these tips hold chalk better than a leather tip.

New Shaft is out - Triple 60 TS1

Talc (baby powder) is harder than wood and oil, so it will damage wooden dance floors, a bit like sand would.Aug 11, 2023

Bulletproof Recoil tips 7 month later

That's good info, I don't know anyone who has used the soft tip, as far as the chalk marks go, are you chalking after every shot? I have found I don't need to chalk after every shot, I have seen several reviews saying the same thing, there is no tip that is right for everyone, I don't care what...

New Shaft is out - Triple 60 TS1

Water is softer than rock yet it was able to carve out the grand canyon, I used 3000 grit sandpaper to clean my wood shafts, the amount of residue couldn't even be measured, this grade of sandpaper is used to finish clear coat on vehicles, I didn't use the sandpaper every day, only about every 4...

    Wood shafts

Been using the Prime II 12.0 shaft for about 6 months now, best shaft I have ever owned, Becue arranges their CF fibers at different angles in their butts and shafts to transfer the power of your stroke more efficiently, when I stroke the ball properly I get amazing results, when I don't my cue...
