There are a handful of players in my league that bring their own chairs, and they're always in everyone's way. Can't stand it.

Any tip can draw the ball, that's more up to the user. I use a standard phenolic tip on mine and have no issues with drawing the cue. Clean balls and newer cloth make it simple.
