This "man" (more like a "Hercules of Carom" ---Pool god's half-human/half-god sons) is one of many of reasons why I pick up a carom cue at a nearby carom billiard table and play for the fun of it. :)

You can not be any more right than that, Jay. This was such an awesome read and you, sir, are a renaissance historian for years to come (alongside George Rood and those that have lived and seen that era). It's people like yourself that gives us youngsters an idea how the past was just as good...

What's there to appologize for? I (alongside other true believers) am/are backing up an endangered (to the eyes of most unaware and uneducated Americans [not in an offensive way... heads up], apparently) and beautifully challenging game that is in need of more respect than what actual people...
