I had to order a cheap Thread Pitch Gauge, to measure the threads, and I learned today that this is a 10 Thread (per inch) joint pin. So, I assume it is 3/8x10. I assumed that it would probably be 3/8x11, lol, because I have never seen a Brass plated 3/8x10 joint pin.. Anyways, it still does...

I believe that if a player has put in the time, and practice needed to master the break, and not only controlling the cue ball, but also the object balls, then they should not restrict the player from doing what he is so good at, because that is a skill set that the player worked really hard on...
