Ok,Playing 8 ball/ lets say the 8 is froze on the rail guy shoots the eight softly and bumps the eight and then the cue ball hits the same rail as the 8 ball is frozen. Is this a foul? Everyone is saying that the cue had to hit a different rail than what the eight is frozen. I never new that...

I got a josey sneaky pete...w/ drexler shaft w/ivory feurrl. 2nd shaft is a dpr shaft ...... both have water bufflo tips/ . Keith put matching collars on both of them. The second cue is a beautiful mace jump break...w/ brown leather wrap/ 3/8 x 11 brass pin. with brown phonlic collars... nice...

Anyone have any black phenolic tip ferrules for sell/ used on jump breaks? I need outside to be at least 14 mm...? thanks
